Coronado bristol is a quality cover paper designed for printing, although its texture, brightness and weight are ideal for many mediums and techniques. This fine art paper is often recommended by art teachers for mediums such as graphite, coloured pencils, paint, pen & ink, gouache, pastels, charcoal and more.
The 2-ply format is an economical way to practice light application painting techniques. Apply a coat of gesso to create a stronger support for heavier applications. To minimize warping, apply gesso in the form of an X on the back of a primed 2-ply sheet.
Coronado bristol can also be used for embossing techniques, offset lithography, silk screening, presentation, light-weight packaging and displays, card making, and more.
